The potential buyer for a parcel of land at South Wadsworth Boulevard and West Coal Mine Avenue currently owned by the Foothills Parks & Rec District hopes to build a two-story hospital and medical complex on the site.
The Foothills board of directors had previously approved the sale of the 5.6-acre lot on northwest corner of Wadsworth and Coal Mine to 24 Hour Capital Ventures LLC for $1.165 million. At the time of the sale, the developer hadn’t released plans for the site.
