Green Garage Zuni Grand Re-opening

Does the thought of stepping foot in a dingy, greasy auto shop make you want to cringe? Here at Green Garage, we know the feeling, and have solemnly sworn to never make you dread servicing your car again. 

Join us on Saturday, March 3 for the grand re-opening of the Zuni location to see first-hand the steps Green Garage is taking to become part of a zero waste community from the services we offer down to the materials used to make our shop a friendly and inviting place you’ll be happy to come back to. 

In addition to snacks and beverages, tours will be provided during the event to introduce you to Green Garage’s vision of sustainability and showcase the most unique features of our cool new shop. Here is a taste of what you’ll experience:

• Energy-efficient drinking fountain with the Green Ticker which counts the quantity of bottles saved from waste as you drink

• Lounge chairs made of 508 recycled milk jugs

• Cork countertops at the service desk- a rapidly renewable resource

• The Spark Plug Chandelier made from reclaimed spark plugs and compact fluorescent bulbs

• And much more!

This is a FREE event open to anyone looking to get more smiles per gallon, or just wanting some family fun!
