Harry J. Bott Sr., 84

Harry J. Bott Sr. died Aug. 1 at Denver Hospice. A memorial service was held at Fort Logan at Station A with an honor guard present.

Harry was born in 1925 at home in Globeville/Denver. He served in the Army Air Corps in India from 1943 to 1946 and helped to start St. Phillip Lutheran Church on South Kendall Boulevard. He was pre-deceased by his wife of 40 years, Barbara. They had three children who are still living. His wife of 13 years is Nancy Bott.
