In an effort to connect district residents and firefighters, the Inter-Canyon Fire Protection District is organizing a series of neighborhood barbecues for the second consecutive year.
This year’s theme is “preparing for evacuation in wildfire.”
Information will be available to help district residents prepare for wildfire.
The barbecues kick off Saturday and run through May 21. The schedule is as follows:
• 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Saturday at Inter-Canyon Station Two, 10591 S. Deer Creek Canyon Road.
