The Littleton City Council will hear arguments on July 30 for and against the contested Broadstone at Littleton Station development, a 250-unit apartment complex proposed for the southwest corner of South Bemis Street and Littleton Boulevard.
The development received approval from the city’s planning department, but the Planning Board voted unanimously not to recommend approval of the necessary rezoning.
