With some help from the Elks National Foundation, the charitable arm of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, the Littleton Elks will fund, volunteer and organize multiple three-day adventures for the children of active military personnel, children with disabilities, and at-risk youths.
Littleton Elks & Cowboys for Kids will be funded by an impact grant awarded from the Elks National Foundation. Impact grants are the newest addition to the Elks National Foundation's Community Investments Program. They are competitive grants designed to help Elks make a difference in their communities. This year, Littleton Elks Lodge 1650 is one of 51 recipients nationwide to receive an impact grant. The grants range from $2,500 to $10,000.
