The Littleton Planning Board unanimously voted against the Broadstone at Littleton Station development, a proposed 250-unit apartment building across from the city’s historic courthouse on Littleton Boulevard.
The developer, Alliance Residential Co., wants to build a six-story apartment complex on the 4.5-acre property on the southwest corner of Littleton Boulevard and Bemis Street. While the Planning Board has voted against the development, Littleton’s City Council will make the final decision.
