A man has been arrested and charged after a threatening voice message was left for state Sen. Andy Kerr, D-South Jeffco.
David Cassidy has been charged in connection with a voice message left on Kerr’s cell phone March 4 saying he and the rest of the Democrats working on gun-control legislation would regret their action, and, “either by ballots or by bullets, we’re going to get you out of office.”
Kerr said he reported the message to the Colorado State Patrol.
