LAKEWOOD — By the time the Chatfield Lady Chargers found their offensive attack, it was too late; Arvada West had scored.
A relative rarity of late, Chatfield found itself playing from behind after Breanna Devita punched home the first goal against the Lady Chargers in five games in the 53rd minute on April 12 at Lakewood Memorial Field. That’s all the Lady Wildcats would need in posting a 1-0 victory, which snapped Chatfield’s four-game winning streak.
