A controversial plan to put a car dealership near South Kipling Street and C-470 has been withdrawn by the developer.
The proposal, which targeted 11 acres next to the Chatfield Bluffs South and Chatfield Bluffs Condominiums at West Ute Avenue and Kipling, had drawn resistance from surrounding neighborhoods. The Colorado Alliance for Responsible Development was formed to fight the rezoning application.
