For the Courier
In each of the final three innings it looked as if the rally could happen. Each time Dakota Ridge just couldn’t get the big hit.
The Eagles stranded seven runners between the fifth, sixth and seventh innings against Mountain Vista in a 7-1 loss on April 3 at Dakota Ridge High School.
“We just aren’t believing in ourselves offensively. They don’t believe in how good they can be. It’s a confidence thing right now,” Dakota Ridge head coach Jeff Legault said.
