With Colorado moving to an all-mail election this November, Jeffco is looking to sell some of its unneeded voting machines.
Last year the state legislature approved a bill requiring all elections to be conducted via mail-in ballots. Every registered voter will now be sent a mail-in ballot without having to request one.
While voters will still be able to vote in person, Jeffco will reduce the number of polling places from 175 to 24.
