On Oct. 19, police responded to a report of shots fired at 5400 S. Fox St. at 11:11 p.m. and found Flores and a 17-year-old boy shot. Flores died at the scene. The boy was transported to Swedish Hospital, where he received treatment for his wounds.

Littleton police suspect the shooting stemmed from an altercation at a house party on Fox Street.

He is being held without bond at the Arapahoe County jail.

Police had already made one arrest in the case; on Oct. 24, Dion Rankin, 20, was arrested. Rankin is facing first-degree murder charges as well.
