Davis, Fountain-Fort Carson upset top-ranked Columbine
LAKEWOOD — Anthony Davis rushed for two touchdowns and caught for another as Fountain-Fort Carson scored a 35-21 upset of top-ranked and defending 5A state champion Columbine on Sept. 7 at Jefferson County Stadium.
Davis opened the scoring with a 33-yard TD reception from Cameron Hacker in the first quarter. He lated added TD runs of 1 and 3 yards as the Trojans (2-0) ended Columbine’s 15-game winning streak. Davis rushed 19 times for 100 yards
