Speed and agility camp set for Dakota Ridge

Dakota Ridge High School is hosting its annual speed and agility camp June 3 to July 3.
The camp runs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and is open to children in grades two through 12. The camp runs from 9 to 10:15 a.m., for grades 2-9 and from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., for grades 10-12.

Speed and weight camps at Chatfield Senior High
Chatfield Senior High School will hold its 2013 speed and weight camps from June 3-July 12.
The six-week camp will run Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Session #1 is a speed camp for 7-12 graders from 10-11 a.m., session #2 is a speed camp for 2-6 graders from 11 a.m.-noon, and session #3 is a weight camp for 7-12 graders only also from 11 a.m.-noon.

Handful of coaching openings at Columbine High
Columbine High School is looking to fill the following coaching positions — head girls lacrosse coach, JV boys soccer coach and JV girls tennis coach.

Chatfield Senior High hosting open gym throughout June

The Chatfield Lady Chargers volleyball team will holding open gym sessions for incoming 9th graders and any returning 10th-12th graders in the Chatfield Senior High auxiliary gym every Tuesday and Thursday throughout the month of June.
The gym will be open from 4-6 p.m. There is no fee to attend.

Dakota Ridge hands out awards during end-of-season ceremony

Dakota Ridge High announced Brock Howes (football, wrestling and lacrosse) and Lauren Wood (volleyball, basketball and golf) as its athletes of the year for the 2012-13 school year during a ceremony May 20.
Scholar athletes of the year are AJ Valerio (baseball) and Annika Kastetter (soccer).
