Third suspect held in fatal shooting in Littleton last October

A third suspect has been arrested in the Oct. 19 shooting death of an 18-year-old man in Littleton. 


The shooting occurred late Oct. 19 in the 5400 block of Fox Street. The victim, Da Von Flores, was shot and killed after a fight at a nearby house party. 

The third suspect, 18-year-old Chase Spridgen, also was shot during the incident. He had not been initially identified as a suspect by the Littleton Police Department. 

Spridgen was 17 years old at the time of the shooting, and his name had not been released prior to his arrest.

He is currently being held without bond at the Arapahoe Couny jail and is being charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder. 

The first suspect, Dion Rankin, 20, was arrested on Oct. 24 and charged with first-degree murder. A second suspect, Robert Alexander Placa, 18, was arrested on Dec. 21 and charged with first-degree murder, criminal attempted first-degree murder, possession of a weapon by a previous offender, and possession of a defaced firearm.
