Littleton’s urban renewal authority, Littleton Invests For Tomorrow, is asking residents not to jump to conclusions about the current urban renewal plan after another contentious board meeting on July 21.
The board is finalizing the boundaries for urban renewal plans for four areas: Broadway, Columbine Square, Littleton Boulevard and South Santa Fe Drive. Once a plan has been finalized, it will go before the city’s Planning Board and then to a final vote by the City Council.
