Students in Chatfield’s special needs program provide stockings for troops

For the 12th year, students in Chatfield Senior High School’s special needs program gathered to stuff stockings for American troops at home and abroad.

Toiletries, candy, snacks and toys filled the red and green stockings as Chatfield students, veterans and other community members worked in an assembly line to load each with care.

Decked out in Santa hats, reindeer antlers and festive Christmas sweaters, Chatfield students laughed together before the event officially kicked off last Thursday.
