For two hours, Conifer’s Hailey Janson and D’Evelyn’s Julia Molnar battled point-for-point with a regional championship on the line. As the dust settled, it was Janson who came out on top in two sets (6-4, 6-4).

Janson opened the first set with a 4-1 lead and looked as if she would dominate yet again this season. Molnar wouldn’t back down without a fight. The sophomore rallied to win the next three points to tie things at 4-4.
