DENVER — Aaron Norris has legs like a bulldozer’s tread and a barrel chest.
Strength, however, and a tough-guy mentality, will only get you so far in wrestling. And that makes Norris’ run to the Class 5A state wrestling tournament in his first year since taking up the sport all the more impressive.
“My coaches are teaching me a lot of moves, keeping me in good positions,” the Chatfield junior said Feb. 18 after he scored a 16-1 technical fall in his opening match.
And things only got better.
