Baten Kaitos remake reportedly in development

This message should be treated with extreme caution. Exputer reports that a remake of Baten Kaitos: Eternal Wings and The Lost Ocean is in development. The site isn’t exactly known for exclusive reveals and its reputation is unclear. The game was originally released on GameCube in 2003 and was developed by Monolith Soft and tri-Crescendo. The computer is pretty sure: sources have confirmed this and even seen “graphical evidence” that the title is in development. A release is slated for the summer, with a possible reveal at E3. Monolith Soft is expected to lead development on the remake, along with Bandai Namco. Nintendo would also be involved. Exputer is unsure of the extent of the remake. One note, not quite in passing: in 2021, Bandai Namco had registered or renewed the trademarks for Baten Kaitos Origins and Baten Kaitos Eternal Wings and the Lost Ocean in Europe and in Japan.
