Japanese developer and publisher Capcom has released the new Monster Hunter Rise launch trailer, which is available now on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and Xbox One. The title was originally released on March 26, 2021 on Nintendo Switch . A version for PC followed later in January 2022. However, other platforms have received nothing so far.
Portage with some adjustments
Of course, the port has also been equipped with new features. For example, it is now possible to enjoy the title on the PlayStation 5 in full 4K resolution and with 60 buttery smooth frames. As an option, you can complete the monster hunt with 120 even smoother frames, but the resolution is then reduced to 1080p. Here, of course, it is assumed that you have a suitable monitor/TV that can also display all 120 images. The Switch version only works with 30 frames. According to Capcom, the extensive Sunbreak DLC should also be submitted later in 2023. Thus, enough fun and long-term motivation are guaranteed. In our in-depth review, you’ll find out how the Switch version of the awesome monster hunter fared. We also tested the Sunbreak DLC extensively.
